This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for JOMI LLC and our website; https://jomi.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website, except where stated otherwise.
SECTION 1 - INFORMATION COLLECTION
JOMI LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on this site (“Information”). Information includes any information voluntarily provided by you and any data related to your usage of the website.
Information includes, but is not limited to: name, physical address, email, IP address, and any information voluntarily provided, as well as any data related to actions taken on the website (e.g: clicking a button, creating a new account, navigating to a page, and watching a video). Note that Information may include data for users who did not explicitly create an account.
SECTION 2 - DISCLOSURE
Information may be shared with representatives from institutions for the purposes of monitoring usage of JOMI by affiliated users. Information may also be shared for research or commercial purposes. Individual contact information will NOT be disclosed for the purposes of being contacted by any party other than JOMI, except in cases where JOMI Editorial Team deems such action in the best interests from users’ healthcare perspective (e.g. notification regarding a relevant treatment, clinical trial, medical device recall, or other pertinent health-related information).
SECTION 3 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
JOMI uses third-party providers. In general, the third-party providers used by JOMI will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways, have their own privacy policies. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

SECTION 5 - “Do Not Track” (DNT) Clause
Note that your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to websites and online services you visit. JOMI does not currently alter its practices when it receives a “Do Not Track” signal.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address.
SECTION 7 - DATA DELETION
A user may request deletion of their personal data by sending an email to contact@jomi.com.
Upon receiving a data deletion request, the necessary steps will be taken to verify the identity of the user making the request. Once verified, we will proceed with the deletion of the user's personal data.
Please note that some information, such as billing records or information required for legal or regulatory compliance, may be retained for a certain period of time as required by law.
