Earn CME Credits on JOMI

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by JOMI and Pinnacle Conference, LLC. Pinnacle Conference, LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

How it works

  1. Open an eligible article

    Every article in the list below is CME-eligible. You need access to its video first: a personal subscription, access through your institution, or a purchase of that article.

  2. Add CME credit

    Each credit hour costs $35, with each article pro-rated.

  3. Complete the evaluation

    Finish the short evaluation survey hosted by Pinnacle Conference. Once you have bought the credit, the link appears on the article page and under CME Activity in your account.

  4. Download your certificate

    Pinnacle issues your certificate when the evaluation is complete. Every credit you have bought stays listed under CME Activity, with its certificate link.

Accreditation and pricing

Credit types
Each article is accredited differently and noted in its Activity Detail Page. Depending on the activity, credit may be offered as AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ (physicians), ANCC (nurses), ACPE CPE (pharmacists), AAPA Category 1 (physician assistants), ADA CERP (dentists), ASWB ACE (social workers), APA (psychologists), CDR CPEUs (dietitians), BOC (athletic trainers) or IPCE (interprofessional). All other participants receive an AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ participation certificate.
Accredited provider
Pinnacle Conference, LLC, jointly accredited by ACCME, ACPE and ANCC. Each activity is jointly provided with JOMI.
Credits per article
Set for each activity. The amount is shown beside every article in the list below and on the article page.
Price
$35 per credit hour, bought one article at a time. A two-credit article is $70.
Before you buy
You need access to the article’s video: a personal or institutional subscription, or a purchase of that article. Credit is added on top of access and never unlocks the article itself.
Your certificates
Issued by Pinnacle after the evaluation. Every credit you buy is listed under CME Activity in your account, with its certificate link.

No. Credit is an addition for readers who can already watch the article. It never unlocks the video or the written article.
It depends on the article. Each activity’s Activity Detail Page lists the credit types it offers, such as AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ for physicians, ANCC for nurses, ACPE CPE for pharmacists or AAPA Category 1 for physician assistants. Anyone whose profession isn’t listed receives an AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ participation certificate.
After you buy credit for an article, a link to Pinnacle Conference's evaluation appears on the article page and under CME Activity in your account. Complete the evaluation and Pinnacle issues your certificate.
